    ICT Risk Management

Establish a comprehensive ICT risk management framework as required by Articles 5–13. Identify, classify, and document all ICT-supported business functions, assets, and dependencies.

    ICT Systems & Protection

Document your ICT systems, protocols, and security tools. Track protection and prevention measures including information security policies, access controls, and encryption deployments.

    Detection & Monitoring

Map your anomaly detection mechanisms and continuous monitoring capabilities. Demonstrate to supervisors that you can promptly detect ICT-related incidents and performance issues.

    Incident Reporting

Meet the multi-stage ICT incident reporting requirements — initial notification, intermediate report, and final report to competent authorities. Classify incidents by impact, duration, and data loss.

    Resilience Testing

Maintain a comprehensive digital operational resilience testing programme. Track vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and threat-led penetration testing (TLPT) as required by Articles 24–27.

    Third-Party Risk Management

Manage ICT third-party risk as an integral component of your risk framework. Maintain a register of all contractual arrangements, assess concentration risk, and ensure key contractual provisions.

    Business Continuity & Recovery

Document ICT business continuity policies, response and recovery plans, backup procedures, and restoration testing. Ensure critical functions can be recovered within defined objectives.

    Information Sharing

Participate in cyber threat information-sharing arrangements with other financial entities. Exchange indicators of compromise, tactics, techniques, and security alerts to strengthen collective resilience.
